Harris is looking for a Office Engineer to join our dynamic PMCM team in Fresno, CA. The Office Engineer is responsible for seeing that the project submittals and project technical items are prepared in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the Construction Oversight Manager, Area Oversight Managers, and Field Engineers
- Coordinate with the Document Controls Manager on input into CMS/SharePoint of the Contractor’s deliverables
- Follow-up on submittals, request for information (RFIs), changes, letters of correspondence, and claims logs
- Prepare meeting agenda and minutes of meetings
- Prepare weekly statement of working days
- Provide input to the PCM’s monthly reports
- Follow-up on timely submittal of force account sheets when force account is ongoing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of construction management or project management experience
- College degree, preferably in engineering, construction management or architecture
- Professional licenses or certifications, preferred
- Knowledge of construction software, preferred
