Document Control Specialist (Construction)

Our offices and project sites span the West Coast in California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Washington with a staff of over 230 employee-owners focused on serving clients in the municipal, water, transportation, and education markets.
We are looking to grow our team in Fresno CA that supports the High Speed Rail project and looking for a talented Document Control Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proven record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Excellent team working skills as well as the ability to work independently - Multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Document Control on large transit or multi-discipline projects is desirable.
- Experience in creating or contributing to Document Control procedures or guidelines.
- Maintain all project logs, including Correspondence, RFIs, Submittals, Change Plans, and Specifications.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for design, construction, and project update meetings.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated customer focus
- Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu, a plus.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree OR 5 years of experience

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $25-35/hr. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
