Engineering Project Manager

Harris & Associates is looking for Project Manager to join our Engineering Services team in Salinas, CA. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical management on Municipal CIP projects from conception through design support services during construction (if included in scope).
  • Regular interactions with client, contractors, stakeholders, relevant agencies and Harris & Associates staff to discuss and resolve project matters. Ultimately responsible for the success of the project.
  • Secure, negotiate and contract for the services of other technical consultants and sub-consultants required for the project(s).
  • Manage the services and activities of Harris’ sub-consultants.
  • Supervise design effort to ensure project is designed in accordance with the scope, and within budget and schedule requirements. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience with increasing responsibilities over time.
  • Bachelor degree in civil engineering 
  • Professional civil engineering license (State of CA), required
