We are currently looking for an individual to fill our Project Controls Manager position based out of our Los Angeles office.
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for providing technical knowledge and experience in the establishment, monitoring, and maintenance of program-wide controls (budgets, schedules, estimates, document control) for a large multi-project, multi-year, multi-fund source program. The Project Controls Manager is responsible for the successful development and maintenance of program and project level schedules, independent cost estimates, cost to complete forecasts, document archiving and retrieval. The Project Controls Manager is both proficient with controls software, but also possesses a firm grasp of the phases of a project, and the phases of construction. The Project Controls Manager is considered a systems support specialist with a capacity to direct the efforts of MIS/Network personnel in the set up, maintenance, back up, and ready retrieval of electronic project files. The Project Controls Manager possesses the skills to be able to report statistically program wide and project specific data and analysis. The Project Controls Manager is a budget, cost and schedule resource to the entire project team.
